About The Event
Come back to yourself in the serene and relaxing privacy of Moose Camp and experience deep healing, transformation and joy. You will be gently guided back to your authentic self through:
● Forest Therapy walks
● Meditation (no experience needed)
● Yoga/qigong (no experience needed)
● Journaling
● Expressing yourself through song, dance and other artistic outlets
● Periods of silence
● Mindful walking
● Self-inquiry work and discussion/sharing
And of course, free time to explore, swim, nap or just be! Forest Therapy Guide, Julie Bonnamour will be leading you on the restorative walks. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Payment is due upon booking. Payments are non-refundable but will be honoured as a full credit towards a future event for 3 years. 48 hrs notice of cancellation must be given to Sister Soul Summit to retain the credit.
