Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Payment due upon booking.  Payments are non-refundable but will be fully transferable and honoured as a full credit towards a future event for the first year. 48 hrs notice of cancellation must be given to Sister Soul Summit to retain the credit. Extenuating circumstances may also result in a full credit for one year following cancellation.
