Policies

We would like to remind all our guests of our policies prior to arrival.

I. Check In/Check Out

  • Check in time is 2pm

  • Check out time is 12pm

II. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Payment due upon booking. Payments are non-refundable but will be honoured as a full credit towards a future event for the first year. 48 hrs notice of cancellation must be given to Sister Soul Summit to retain the credit. Extenuating circumstances may also result in a full credit for one year following cancellation.

III. Payments

  • Upon booking, a deposit of $200 is required.

  • Full Payment is required a minimum of 30 days prior to the event.

  • If booking for a “Ladies Paint & Card Reading Night” full payment is required upon booking.

  • Payments can be made through PayPal, or Interac E-Transfer.

IV. Smoking

  • We would like to remind our guests that smoking is prohibited in all cabins and common areas. In the interest of preserving & experiencing Mother Nature's abundant beauty to the fullest extent we ask that all smokers take precaution when smoking & always use our designated smoking area. 

V. Pets

  • Pets are not permitted.

VI. Minors

  • This is an adult only event, minors are not permitted to attend.
