I. Check In/Check Out

II. Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 30 days’notice is required for cancellations. Deposits are nonrefundable; however the remaining balance is. Deposits can be applied to a future stay.

Cancellation with less than 30 days notice; 50% of the retreat price will be refunded. Should you require cancellation insurance, this service is provided by many reputable companies.
III. Payments

Upon booking, a deposit of $200 is required.

Full Payment is required a minimum of 30 days prior to the event.

If booking for a “Ladies Paint & Card Reading Night” full payment is required upon booking.

Payments can be made through PayPal, or Interac E-Transfer.
IV. Smoking

We would like to remind our guests that smoking is prohibited in all cabins and common areas. In the interest of preserving & experiencing Mother Nature's abundant beauty to the fullest extent we ask that all smokers take precaution when smoking & always use our designated smoking area.
V. Pets
-
Pets are not permitted.
VI. Minors

This is an adult only event, minors are not permitted to attend.
